Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Oh, 100%. Traveling for weddings is one of my favorite parts of the job! There’s something magical about capturing a love story in a place that already means so much to you.

Wherever your story takes you, I’ll be there with my cameras (and plenty of spare batteries). Travel and accommodation are worked out separately, but I keep it simple and transparent no hidden extras, no surprises. For me, it’s all about making sure you can relax, enjoy your adventure, and know that every laugh, tear, and dance-floor spin will be captured forever.

2. How long will it take to receive our photos?

I know how hard it is to wait the excitement after your wedding is real, and you’ll be desperate to relive it all. That’s why I always send a little sneak peek gallery within the first week, so you have beautiful highlights to share with family and friends ( and, let’s be honest, show off on Instagram ).

Your full gallery is lovingly edited and delivered within 6–8 weeks. Every image is carefully worked on not rushed because your photos aren’t just pictures, they’re your memories, and they deserve to be perfect. I want you to be able to look back years from now and feel the emotions all over again.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I completely understand that sometimes plans have to change. If you need to reschedule, I’ll always do my best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability. Your booking fee is non-refundable (since it secures your date and I turn away other couples for it), but it can usually be applied to a new date if we can make it work.

If you do need to cancel altogether, any payments made beyond the booking fee will be refunded according to how close we are to your wedding date. My aim is always to be fair and supportive because at the end of the day, this is about celebrating your love, not adding stress.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Absolutely  I believe your wedding memories should live everywhere, not just on a hard drive. Every package includes high resolution digital files with full print rights, so you can share, print, and display your images however you like.

For couples who want something extra special, I also offer beautifully designed albums, framed prints, and keepsake boxes. These aren’t just products  they’re heirlooms, crafted to preserve your story for generations. There’s something magical about holding your wedding day in your hands, flipping through the pages, and reliving every laugh, tear, and dance.
